Our warranty and return policy reflects a clear and fair approach for all purchases—no matter the size.

WARRANTY POLICY

All products sold by TSG are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty and guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Duration: Warranty period is typically 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

  • Inclusions: Manufacturing defects, material faults, and failure under normal, intended use.

  • Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs or modifications, incorrect installation, or general wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of discovering the defect. Proof of purchase is required. Shipping costs for warranty repairs or replacements will be covered by TSG unless otherwise stated.

At our discretion, remedies include:

  • Repair of the product

  • Replacement with the same or equivalent item

  • Refund or store credit

RETURN POLICY

All returns require prior authorization. Please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any goods. We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns:

  • Faulty or defective goods

  • Incorrect items shipped

  • Goods damaged in transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

Conditions:

  • Returns must be lodged within 3-5 days of receiving the goods.

  • Items must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • We do not accept change-of-mind returns unless required by law.

  • Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to sender.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless due to our error or faulty product.

  • A restocking fee may apply for non-faulty returns, subject to review.
